Delete Your VEYRO Account

Deleting your VEYRO account is permanent and cannot normally be undone. Please review the important conditions below before proceeding.

Important Deletion Conditions

Account deletion is permanent: Once completed, the account and associated records cannot normally be recovered.
Data Erasure: Account-associated VEYRO data (routines, workout logs, to-dos, streaks, and custom exercises) will be deleted from VEYRONIS systems as part of the deletion process.
Active Subscriptions: Active Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions are NOT automatically cancelled by deleting your VEYRO account. You must separately manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Your VEYRO account and account-associated data will be deleted and cannot normally be recovered. Your workout logs, personal records, routines, habits, and streak data will be permanently wiped from VEYRONIS databases.

Subscription Notice

If you had an active subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, remember that account deletion does not automatically cancel that subscription. To prevent unwanted future charges, please cancel any active recurring subscription directly within your Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions settings.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

You can also delete your account and all associated workout history directly on your mobile device at any time without using this web portal:

Step 1: Open the VEYRO application on your iOS or Android device.
Step 2: Tap on the Settings icon in the top header.
Step 3: Select Profile / Account.
Step 4: Scroll down to the danger zone and tap Delete Account.
Step 5: Confirm the prompt. Your local database and synchronized cloud records will be purged immediately.

Scope of Account Data Erasure

Workout Logs & Routines: All logged sessions, weights, sets, custom exercise definitions, and personal records (PRs) stored under your profile are permanently purged.
To-Dos & Streaks: All daily tasks, categories, discipline streak records, and reminder entries are deleted.
Coach Vey Conversations: Cached conversation history and performance contexts are erased.
Authentication Record: Your Firebase Authentication user account is permanently deleted.
External Subscriptions: As noted above, Apple and Google manage app store billing separately; deleting your VEYRO account does not automatically cancel an active subscription in the App Store or Google Play.
