At VEYRO, operated by VEYRONIS ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), we value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy rights. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, synchronize, store, and safeguard your data when you use the VEYRO mobile application (the "Service" or "Application") across iOS and Android devices, as well as our official website.

Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with any terms described herein, please discontinue using the Application immediately.

1. Information We Collect

We follow a data-minimization approach and collect and process information needed to provide workout tracking, discipline features, AI coaching, subscriptions, account synchronization, security, and application functionality.

A. Account & Authentication Information

Email & Password Accounts: When you register using your email, we process your email address and account-related authentication information. Passwords are managed by Firebase Authentication. VEYRONIS does not have access to your plaintext password.

Federated Sign-In (Google / Apple): If you sign in through Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we may receive account information made available by the relevant authentication provider, such as a provider identifier, email address or Apple relay email, and display name.

B. Profile & Onboarding Information

Depending on the features you use, VEYRO may process information you provide during account setup, onboarding, or fitness configuration, including:

• Display name;
• Age;
• Height;
• Weight;
• Training experience;
• Training goals;
• Training frequency;
• Training environment;
• Available equipment;
• Session duration preferences;
• Muscle-group preferences;
• Other responses provided through VEYRO's fitness and program-generation questionnaires.

C. Workout & Athletic Training Records

Depending on the features you use, VEYRO may process:

• Exercise selections;
• Workout routines;
• Custom exercises created by you;
• Sets;
• Repetitions;
• Weight/load information;
• Workout completion information;
• Workout dates and times;
• Workout duration;
• Training volume;
• Personal records (PRs);
• Maximum recorded weight information;
• Calculated training metrics;
• Muscle exposure and training analytics;
• Workout history;
• Program and routine information;
• Equipment and gym preferences.

D. Exercise Library & Program Information

VEYRO contains a structured exercise library and predefined workout/program information.

Your interactions with exercises, programs, filters, routines, and custom exercises may be associated with your account or stored locally depending on the feature.

E. To-Do, Tasks & Discipline Data

Depending on the features you use, VEYRO may process:

• Task titles;
• Categories;
• Priorities;
• Notes;
• Scheduled dates and times;
• Duration information;
• Completion status;
• Recurring task settings;
• Reminder settings;
• Streak information;
• Freeze-related information;
• Other task-management information you enter into VEYRO.

F. Coach Vey AI Interactions

Coach Vey is an AI-powered fitness assistant.

When you use Coach Vey, your message and relevant application context may be processed to generate a response.

Depending on the conversation and available application context, this may include information such as:

• Your selected application language;
• Membership status;
• Fitness goals;
• Target training frequency;
• Relevant profile or onboarding information;
• Recent workout information;
• Workout dates and durations;
• Exercises performed;
• Sets, repetitions, and recorded weights;
• Training volume;
• Relevant personal-record information;
• Recent Coach Vey conversation context;
• Your display name where included in the application's Coach Vey context.

Coach Vey processing may involve Google AI / Gemini infrastructure.

Coach Vey is not intended to receive unrelated account credentials, payment card details, Firebase authentication tokens, or other secrets.

We do not sell or monetize your Coach Vey conversations.

G. Coach Vey Conversation History

Depending on the application's current configuration, recent Coach Vey conversation history may be stored locally on your device and associated with your account in VEYRO cloud storage.

This history is used to maintain conversation context and provide the Coach Vey functionality.

H. Subscription & In-App Purchase Records

When you subscribe to VEYRO ELITE, subscription lifecycle and entitlement information may be processed through RevenueCat in coordination with Apple App Store or Google Play.

This may include:

• Subscription status;
• Product/package information;
• Purchase-related identifiers;
• Entitlement status;
• Renewal or expiration information;
• Other subscription metadata required to manage access to VEYRO ELITE.

VEYRONIS does not directly collect or store your complete credit card number, bank account details, or payment card security code through VEYRO.

Billing transactions are processed by the applicable Apple or Google payment platform.

I. Advertising Information

Free-tier VEYRO users may be shown advertisements through Google AdMob.

Depending on applicable consent settings and platform behavior, advertising providers may process information such as:

• Advertising identifiers;
• Device and technical information;
• IP address;
• Application information;
• Ad interaction information;
• Diagnostics;
• Consent and advertising preferences.

VEYRO ELITE may provide an ad-free experience as described in the application.

J. Analytics & Diagnostics

VEYRO may use analytics and diagnostic services to understand application usage, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain stability, and improve the Service.

Depending on configured events and parameters, this may include:

• Application events;
• Device model;
• Operating system information;

• Crash and diagnostic information;
• Performance information;
• General interaction information.

Fitness and workout information is not intentionally transmitted to analytics services merely because such information exists in your account. Any analytics processing is based on the events and parameters configured for the application.

K. Local Device Storage

VEYRO may store certain information locally on your device, depending on the features you use.

• Application language;
• Theme selection;
• Account-related local identifiers;
• Local settings;
• Local caches;
• Workout-related local data;
• Other application preferences;
• Recent Coach Vey conversation context.

Local data is subject to the storage and security controls of your device and operating system.

VEYRO may use local notifications for features such as:

• User-scheduled task reminders;
• Unfinished-task reminders;
• Workout recovery reminders;
• Other notification features enabled by you.

Notification permissions can be controlled through your device settings where supported.

• Delivering, maintaining, and improving workout logging and discipline features;
• Synchronizing your account and relevant application data;
• Providing workout history and analytics;
• Generating personalized workout programs;
• Providing Coach Vey functionality;
• Verifying VEYRO ELITE subscription access;
• Managing subscriptions and entitlements;
• Providing task reminders and discipline features;
• Providing customer support and processing feedback;
• Diagnosing technical problems;
• Maintaining security and preventing fraud or abuse;

3. Third-Party Service Providers

VEYRO may use third-party providers to operate specific parts of the Service, including:

• Firebase / Google Cloud Platform: Authentication, cloud database storage, synchronization, backend infrastructure, and related services.
• Google AI / Gemini: AI processing and response generation for Coach Vey.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and entitlement management.
• Google AdMob: Advertising services for applicable free-tier users.
• Apple: App Store distribution, payment processing, Sign in with Apple, and related platform services.
• Google: Google Play services, Google Sign-In, payment processing, advertising, Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure, and related services.

Third-party providers operate according to their own terms, policies, security practices, and legal obligations.

4. Data Storage, Security & Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Network communications between the application, website, and applicable backend services use HTTPS/TLS where supported.

Access to backend administrative functionality is restricted through authentication and authorization controls.

No security system can guarantee absolute security.

We generally retain account-associated data while your account remains active, subject to the purposes for which the information is processed and applicable legal requirements.

When you delete your account, VEYRONIS deletes account-associated data from systems under its control as described in this Privacy Policy and the Account Deletion page, subject to applicable legal, security, backup, or other lawful retention requirements.

5. Account Deletion & Your Data Rights

You may permanently request deletion of your VEYRO account through:

Scope of Account Deletion

When an account deletion request is successfully completed, VEYRONIS is designed to delete account-associated data under its control, including where applicable:

• User profile information;
• Fitness and onboarding information;
• Workout sessions;
• Workout logs;
• Workout history;
• Custom exercises;
• Routines and account-associated program information;
• To-do data;
• Streak information;
• Coach Vey conversation history stored by VEYRO;
• Submitted account-associated feedback;
• Other account-associated cloud data linked to the authenticated account.

The Firebase Authentication account is also deleted.

Deleting a VEYRO account does NOT automatically cancel or refund active recurring subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

If you have an active subscription, you must separately manage or cancel it through the applicable Apple or Google subscription settings.

Third-party providers may retain certain records according to their own legal, security, accounting, transaction, or operational retention requirements.

These providers may include Google/Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, and other infrastructure providers.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards or legal mechanisms may apply to international data transfers.

After account deletion, VEYRONIS seeks to remove account-associated data under its control, subject to lawful exceptions.

VEYRO is not specifically directed toward young children.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children where collection is prohibited by applicable law.
